Category:All: Difference between revisions

   This category will include ALL ARTICLES in this wiki.  The reason for this category is to allow wiki users to quickly and easily make their own XML backup copy of the wiki's contents by going to Special:Export and telling it to export the category 'All'.  It may be for their own private use, but the real reason is so that, if this wiki ever crashes/dies/gets funding pulled, anyone with a recent backup can set up the Wikimedia software on a convenient available web server with mySQL installed and import that XML file to re-create the wiki as of the date of their backup file.
   All articles in this wiki should include, at the bottom, an empty line, then all the subject-specific categories, and last the following entry:

 [[Category:All]] 

   Note that this function will not actually work until every article in the wiki has been edited to add this line.  This may take awhile.  All wiki users are invited to help out. -ZM
