Augmentation for Conditioning of a Concubine

(Note: This is automatically performed as part of the initial medical screening of a concubine)

Intended to maximize loyalty of a concubine to their current sponsor.

This is performed by ensuring sexual arousal when stimulated and orgasmic response in the concubine during sexual congress. This is enhanced by the delivery of oxytocin to the most sensitive areas of the brain.

Note that oxytocin promotes emotional bonding and trust: BBC Article which I first saw referenced here and is naturally produced by one's body, especially during orgasm. One of the times it is produced is during breast-feeding and does two functions: bonds the mother to the child and causes uterine contractions which would clear the afterbirth and restore the uterus to pre-gestational conditions.

It may be that there are limits to this bonding so that abusive environments would undermine the effects.
