War Goals

War Goals
The Confederacy's War Goals are a series of short documents published by the War Council starting in Year 15 which provide the entire Confederacy, Marine and sailor and civilian and concubine alike, with an overall plan for the future. Each of the war goals is a short statement of what we need to do, like "Defend the Confederacy" or "Explore the Universe". These published War Goals can then be used to justify other orders and instructions that the War Council issues, like telling a factory that it needs to start making some new weapon system for the Marines, or to tell the Fleet Auxiliary that it will need to provide transport for a two-Division Marine Expeditionary Force by <this location> at <that date>.
