Serpent Salient

The Serpent Salient
The "Serpent Salient" is the name used by the Japanese colonists on Kuniumi to describe a group of Sa'arm worlds that extend into the milky way beyond their normal "Border." They are discovered in Year 9 and are far enough away from Earth to have not been discovered until quite later in the timeline.
Sa'arm Worlds
- "Hibakari" a planet in early stages of conquest
- "Habu" in late conquest stages, constructing ships
- "Mamushi a recent Sa'arm conquest
- "Erabu-umi-hebi" a recent conquest
At-risk Worlds
- "Sunappukame" has not been conquered yet and is in close proximity to the Sa'arm worlds. It is the next likely target of their attacks.
- Reck is within "striking distance"
- Kuniumi is within "striking distance" but farther away than Reck
