Mikhail Kutuzov

Now on the Policy Board of Central Command, Mikhail Kutuzov (Colonel General, Russian Federation, retired) was a former Deputy Chief of General Staff,  was concerned with plans and strategy, especially deceptive maskirovka. He was an expert in deep operations (gluboky boi), and the Russian specialty of trading distance for time, then counterattacking.

General Kutuzov – he retained the courtesy Russian title – kept asking for clarity on the AIs’ strategic objectives, and not getting satisfactory answers. He did learn that they would not accept genocide of the Swarm.
