F-50 Space Sabre
The F-50 is a single-seat, twin-engine interface capable craft developed for the Confederacy Marines to fulfil the atmospheric based Air Superiority mission. The F-50 is said to be the only real fighter in the Marine Corps arsenal and is considered to be a better posting by the pilots than to an A20 ground attack squadron.
Armament consists of the M-101 Gatling gun with depleted-uranium shells and a combination of up to eight GMS-23A short-range anti-aircraft missiles, up to four GMS-27A medium-range anti-aircraft missiles or four large or eight small drop tanks.
