Minekaze
The Minekaze is a smaller, harder to spot frigate version of the Shimakaze developed by the Japanese at Kuniumi for scouting and reconnaissance purposes. The design first appears in the The Troubled Celestial River by SGTStoner.
It is very fast and nimble, has no protective armor, and is designed to spot enemy ships and engage them with torpedoes from stealth. It would not fare well in a one-on-one engagement with a comparable Sa'arm vesssel. It is 72 meters long.
