Jason Tucker

   Fleet Admiral Jason Tucker is the Director of Naval Operations in Central Command.  He has a 10.0 CAP score and is almost always the smartest man in any room.  There is much internal criticism within the senior officer ranks about Tucker’s ‘leadership’, as he tends to be an overbearing boss and gives his subordinates relatively little room for initiative.  He vacillates between being extremely cautious and over-zealous and ambitious.
   Currently he supports flanking offensive operations for the fleet, hoping for an unlikely fast knockout blow against the Sa’arm, rather than fighting a defensive battle of attrition.  He tends to easily becomes rattled and indecisive if faced with significant Fleet casualties.  He is a prime example why too much empathy can cripple a leader.
