William Penn Class Colony Founder

The William Penn class was developed from the Will-o-Wisp class.  The William Penns are designed with strengthened pod mounts to take industrial and disassembled factory replicators to a colony.  Some of the fuel tanks are placed along the centerline to substitute for the empty pods usually used as ballast, as the ship would usually return from founding a colony with empty pod mounts.  They are designed to hold all the needed equipment to facilitate mining and manufacturing of the basic equipment required to begin a new colony.
The William Penn class has a complement of eight pod lighters and eight Galileo shuttles.  It can carry 108 habitat pods in six rings of fourteen mounts (three by four), three rings forward and three aft of the central bridge and hangar decks. (Numbers do not match.  Aurora says WPs carry "72 pods in 6 rings of 12 pods".)
Alternatively, it can carry the parts for two factory replicators, 24 industrial replicators and 24 habitat pods in a single trip.
